El presente informe sobre el análisis de Dependencias, Impactos, Riesgos y Oportunidades (DIROs en adelante) relacionados con la naturaleza y biodiversidad busca brindar información relevante sobre las posibles dependencias e impactos en los activos y las operaciones de Iberostar Hotels and Resorts (Iberostar, en adelante).
El informe incluye la descripción de DIROs estudiados y la respuesta a los requerimientos de Task Force on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD por sus siglas en inglés).
Se espera que el análisis realizado permita a Iberostar identificar los principales riesgos y oportunidades asociados a las dependencias e impactos en relación con la naturaleza y biodiversidad a efectos de seguimiento y control interno de dichos riesgos y oportunidades, así como también avanzar en la divulgación pertinente en la materia.
