Probamos de sabor y reservamos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Para la crema de ma\u00edz, sofre\u00edmos el ajo y la cebolla en la mantequilla, a\u00f1adimos el ma\u00edz, salteamos, a\u00f1adimos el caldo y la crema, cocemos y ponemos a punto de sal y pimienta. Licuamos, colamos, enfriamos y reservamos.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Para el crujiente, pelamos el buen pan, lo laminamos fino y lo fre\u00edmos por ambos lados. Poner a punto de sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cocemos la remolacha, enfriamos y sacamos bolas, cortamos en cuartos y reservamos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una bandeja colocamos el pescado y le a\u00f1adimos aceite de oliva. Lo metemos al horno 4 minutos a 185\u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Para el montaje, colocamos en el plato el crujiente de buen pan, en el centro ponemos el bacalao confitado, acompa\u00f1amos de unos puntos de crema de aguacate y crema de ma\u00edz.
